To the Patients of Kingsbury Dental,
We have just completed the eleventh week of closure since the lockdown began. Many of you have been waiting patiently for us to return to tend to your dental needs. The dental college has recently informed us that we are permitted to see patients and treat emergencies and urgent dental care. We have therefore planned to reopen on a limited basis on June 1. If you have contacted Dr. Cavatassi regarding such a need the office staff will be in contact with you soon. Please be patient as there is quite a backlog of people to contact.
We are looking forward to seeing and treating you again. As you can imagine, there have been lots of changes to our office protocols. You will be screened for Covid 19 when appointments are confirmed. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside and call the office so that one of our staff can screen you again and take our temperature before you are allowed to enter the office. There is a Covid 19 consent form that will need to be filled out and signed before dental treatment.
There will be assorted enhanced barriers, disinfection, PPE and air filtration measures that you will notice as well. All these measures are to help keep you and our staff as safe as possible. We hope that you will understand and we apologize for the inconveniences. Wishing you health and safety in these unprecedented times.
Sincerely,
Dr. Bruno Cavatassi & The Kingsbury Dental Team
